Μέγγενη Stanley FATMAX XL Trigger Clamp

The Stanley FATMAX XL Trigger Clamp is a heavy-duty bar clamp constructed with reinforced nylon components designed for reliable, long-lasting performance. It offers a large clamp opening and an extended reach to secure wide assemblies and workpieces. The clamp combines a quick-action trigger for one-handed operation with a robust bar and wide jaws to deliver stable pressure and accurate alignment during gluing, assembly or holding tasks.

Advantages

The clamp's reinforced nylon build provides impact resistance and reduced weight compared with all-metal designs while maintaining durability. A quick-release trigger mechanism enables rapid repositioning and one-handed tightening. Wide jaw faces distribute clamping force evenly to minimize surface damage and improve hold across larger panels. The extended opening and long bar permit clamping of wide or deep projects without additional hardware.

Suitable for

• Woodworking glue-ups and panel assembly
• Carpentry and furniture repair
• Cabinet and door installation
• General workshop holding and positioning tasks

Key specifications

• Material: reinforced nylon body with metal bar
• Maximum clamp opening: 125 cm
• Effective clamping width: 1500 mm
• Jaw depth: 90 mm
• Operation: trigger quick-action with release lever
• Jaw face: wide contact pads to reduce marring

How to use

Position the clamp so the fixed jaw contacts one side of the workpiece and the sliding jaw is open enough to fit over the other side. Squeeze the trigger repeatedly to advance the sliding jaw along the bar until the jaws make firm contact with the workpiece. For final tightening, apply controlled squeezes until the required clamping pressure is achieved. Use the quick-release lever to rapidly open the sliding jaw when removing or repositioning the clamp.

Recommendations

To protect finished surfaces, place protective pads between the jaw faces and the material. Avoid exposing the clamp to prolonged direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to preserve the nylon components. Inspect the bar and trigger mechanism periodically for wear or debris and clean as needed to ensure smooth operation.
