Märklin 60986 mSD/3 Diesel-Lokomotiv-Sounddecoder με καλώδιο σύνδεσης

The Märklin 60986 mSD/3 decoder is a third-generation sound decoder tailored specifically for diesel locomotives. Unlike generic decoders, it integrates a high-performance motor control with a rich set of diesel sound functions, allowing modelers to upgrade their locomotives with authentic sound and precise driving characteristics. The universal wiring harness enables direct installation into a wide range of diesel models, making it a versatile choice for advanced digital conversions.

Highlights

• Supports mfx, DCC, and Märklin Motorola (MM1/MM2) digital protocols for broad compatibility.
• Integrated diesel sound module with up to 16 controllable sound functions.
• High-performance regulated motor control suitable for drum collector, flat commutator, and coreless motors.
• 4 special function outputs (AUX1-AUX4) plus front and rear light outputs.
• Adjustable acceleration, deceleration, maximum speed, shunting mode, and braking distance.
• Sound projects can be updated via Märklin Central Station CS2/CS3.

In daily use

This decoder excels in delivering smooth, load-regulated operation and immersive diesel sound. Its flexible function mapping and light effects—including dimming, flickering, shunting light, double A light, and Swiss light change—allow for realistic operation on any digital layout. The decoder supports a maximum motor current of 1.1 A and a total function output current of 0.5 A, ensuring reliable performance with most diesel locomotive motors. A speaker with 4–8 Ohm impedance is required (not included).
