Gaming ποντίκι Mad Catz R.A.T. 4+ USB Type-A

The R.A.T. 4+ gaming mouse is built for competitive play, combining a lightweight chassis with a balanced sensor position and durable components. It features industry-leading OMRON switches rated for 20 million clicks, ambient multi-zone backlighting, and a PixArt PMW3330 optical sensor with up to 7200 DPI, high speed tracking and low lift-off for reliable performance during fast movements.

Advantages

The R.A.T. 4+ offers adjustable ergonomics with a length-adjustable palm rest to suit palm, claw, or fingertip grips, customizable multi-zone lighting, and powerful software (Flux Interface) to fine-tune sensor settings, button assignments and lighting. The mouse supports unlimited profiles and precise macro timing down to 1/1000th of a second.

Key specifications

• Optical sensor: PixArt PMW3330
• Maximum DPI: 7200
• Tracking speed: up to 150 inches per second
• Maximum acceleration: 30G
• Primary switches: OMRON, rated 20 million clicks
• Adjustable palm rest for multiple grip styles
• Multi-zone ambient backlighting
• Customisation software: Flux Interface (profiles, macros, sensor tuning)

How to use

Connect the R.A.T. 4+ to your PC via USB, install the Flux Interface software to create and manage profiles, assign macros and adjust sensor parameters such as DPI, lift-off distance and report rate. Adjust the palm rest length to match your preferred grip style and configure lighting zones through the software or onboard controls. Use the precision aim button to temporarily change sensor speed for tasks like sniping.

Recommendations

For consistent tracking, use a gaming-grade mousepad and keep sensor area clean. Create separate Flux profiles for different games to store DPI, macro and lighting presets. Replace the mouse only when switch responsiveness degrades after prolonged heavy use, despite the 20 million click rating.
