LogiLink Αρθρωτό βύσμα για επίπεδο καλώδιο, RJ12 6P6C (MP0019)

Flat telephone cables often suffer from unreliable terminations when standard modular plugs are used, leading to poor voice quality and intermittent ADSL connections. The LogiLink MP0019 RJ12 6P6C modular plug solves this by providing a purpose-built crimp connector for flat cables, ensuring a secure and stable link for telephony and modem applications.

Who is it for

This plug is ideal for telecom technicians, network installers, and DIY enthusiasts who need to terminate flat cables with a dependable 6-position, 6-conductor RJ12 connector. It suits voice lines, ADSL modems, and other low-voltage communication systems where a compact, transparent housing is preferred for visual inspection.

Main features

• RJ12 6P6C configuration for flat cable termination
• Gold-plated contacts (3µm) for corrosion resistance and reliable signal integrity
• Transparent polycarbonate housing allows easy verification of wire placement before crimping
• Phosphor bronze contacts with crimp termination for stranded conductors
• Unshielded design suitable for standard telephone and data applications
• Durable construction rated for 750 mating cycles

Tips

For best results, use a crimp tool designed for RJ12 6P6C connectors and flat cable. Strip the outer jacket carefully, align the conductors in the correct order, and ensure they reach the end of the plug before crimping. The transparent housing helps confirm proper seating, reducing the risk of faulty connections.
