Lindy 5m καλώδιο DVI-D Dual Link, Gold Line

From the Lines cable connectivity concept by Lindy, the Gold Line DVI-D Dual Link Cable 5m offers a high-resolution wired connection for demanding professional and home environments. The cable is designed for reliable signal transmission and supports DVI resolutions up to 2560x1600@60Hz, including Full HD 1080p. The product features a grey jacket, DVI-D connectors on both ends and is compliant with RoHS, REACH and UL 36204 certifications.

Advantages

Triple-shielded construction with 28AWG OFC conductors reduces signal loss and provides corrosion resistance for stable performance. 24K gold-plated contacts and robust metal connector housings maintain signal integrity and long-term reliability. Integrated finger grips and large thumb screws allow tool-free installation, while flexible strain relief and a low-attenuation design extend cable life and ensure consistent transmission over longer distances.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs or workstations to DVI-compatible monitors and displays
• Professional graphics, CAD or video editing setups requiring high-resolution output
• Home entertainment systems with DVI input supporting up to 1080p or higher resolutions

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Connector type: DVI-D to DVI-D (Dual Link)
• Maximum supported resolution: 2560x1600 @ 60Hz
• Conductor: 28AWG OFC (oxygen-free copper)
• Contacts: 24K gold plated
• Colour: Grey
• Certifications: RoHS, REACH, UL 36204

How to use

Ensure both devices (source and display) are powered off before connecting. Align the DVI-D connector with the display and insert the plug, then hand-tighten the thumb screws to secure the connection. Power on devices and select the appropriate input on the display. If optimal resolution is not detected automatically, adjust output resolution in the source device display settings to match 2560x1600@60Hz or a lower supported resolution such as 1920x1080.

Recommendations

For best results avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable, keep connectors free of dust and secure thumb screws rather than relying on the connector housing alone. For long cable runs, ensure both source and display support the desired resolution and refresh rate to maintain stable image quality.
