Lindy 48384 καλώδιο δικτύου μαύρο 5 m Cat5e F/UTP (FTP)

The Lindy 48384 RJ-45 Cat5e 5m networking cable is a 5 metre F/UTP shielded patch cable engineered for reliable data transmission in home and office environments. Equipped with RJ-45 connectors on both ends and designed for 10/100/1000Base-T(X) Ethernet, this cable provides a stable physical link between network devices such as routers, switches, PCs and access points. The Cat5e category supports reduced crosstalk and consistent performance for typical wired network applications.

Advantages

The F/UTP shielding helps reduce external electromagnetic interference and maintains signal integrity over the 5 m length. Standard RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with commonly used network ports, while the Cat5e specification supports reliable gigabit-capable performance in appropriate network setups. The cable's 5 metre length offers a balance between reach and neat cable management in racks, desktop areas or home installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, laptops or networked printers to routers or switches
• Wired links between network switches in small office or home offices
• Connecting access points or IP phones to structured cabling or patch panels
• Temporary setups for events, testing or troubleshooting network segments

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Category: Cat5e
• Shielding: F/UTP (foil shield around all pairs, unshielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Supported Ethernet: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 end to the network port on your device and the other end to the router, switch or wall-mounted outlet. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to establish a firm mechanical and electrical connection. For best performance, avoid tight bends, kinks or prolonged compression of the cable and keep it routed away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as unshielded power lines or large transformers.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use the Lindy 48384 cable within the stated 5 m length and in environments matching Cat5e performance expectations. Verify other network components (switches, NICs) support the desired link speed and keep cable runs tidy to simplify maintenance and reduce the risk of accidental damage.
