Lindy 46352 Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικών ινών 3 m LC ST ροζ

The Lindy 46352 3 m LC–ST fibre optic cable is an OM4 multimode link with a 50 µm core diameter designed for high-speed data transmission. The cable features an LC connector at one end and an ST connector at the other, providing compatibility with a wide range of networking equipment. Its 3 metre length is suitable for intra-rack and short-distance inter-rack connections, while the pink jacket helps with fast visual identification in dense cabling environments.

Advantages

This OM4 fibre delivers low attenuation and stable multimode performance for demanding applications that require high bandwidth. The combination of LC and ST connectors offers flexibility when connecting legacy devices with ST interfaces to modern equipment using LC ports. The 3 m length balances reach and signal integrity for short runs, and the coloured outer jacket simplifies cable management and reduces the chance of connection errors.

Suitable for

• Short-distance connections in data centres and server rooms
• High-bandwidth applications such as storage area networks and video distribution
• Mixed-equipment setups requiring LC to ST interconnection
• Patch panels and fibre backbone segments within racks

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Length: 3 m
• Connectors: LC (one end) to ST (other end)
• Jacket colour: pink
• Typical use: short-range, high-bandwidth multimode links

How to use

Inspect connector end faces for cleanliness before making connections and clean if necessary with appropriate fibre cleaning tools. Insert the LC connector into the LC receptacle by aligning the keyed ferrule and gently pushing until it clicks; insert the ST connector by aligning the bayonet and twisting until it locks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension, maintaining the manufacturer’s recommended minimum bend radius for multimode fibre.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this OM4 cable for short-run, high-bandwidth links and keep connectors clean and protected when not in use. Label both ends and keep the cable organised in trays or on cable managers to aid identification and reduce strain on connectors.
