Lindy 3m LC/ST Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικών ινών κίτρινο

The Lindy 3m LC/ST fibre optic cable provides a 3-metre singlemode connection with LC and ST connectors and a 9/125 µm core. It is designed for reliable, low-loss transmission in networking environments where stable high-speed data links are required. The cable suits installations that demand precise optical connections between equipment such as switches, media converters or patch panels.

Advantages

The singlemode 9/125 µm fibre construction ensures low attenuation and high bandwidth capacity over longer distances. Having LC and ST connector types on either end offers compatibility with a wide range of networking devices and legacy equipment. The 3 m length balances flexibility and neat cable management in racks and cabinets.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting network devices in data centres and telecom rooms
• Linking switches to media converters and transceivers
• Patch-panel to equipment connections where LC or ST ports are used

Key specifications

• Brand: Lindy
• Model / MPN: 47462
• EAN: 4002888474627
• Length: 3 m
• Connector A: LC
• Connector B: ST
• Fibre type: Singlemode
• Core/cladding: 9/125 µm

How to use

Prepare the devices to be connected and ensure compatible LC or ST ports are available. Insert the LC connector into the LC port and the ST connector into the ST port until each clicks or secures in place. Avoid bending the cable sharply; maintain the manufacturer’s recommended minimum bend radius. For permanent installations, route the cable through cable management pathways and secure with appropriate fasteners to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use the cable in clean environments and keep connector endfaces free of dust. If performance issues occur, inspect and, if necessary, clean the connector endfaces with appropriate fibre-cleaning tools before replacing or reterminating connections.
