Network technicians and IT administrators often need a dependable, long-distance patch cable for connecting devices across rooms or between racks. The Lanberg PCU6-10CU-2000-S delivers exactly that: a 20-metre Cat.6 UTP cable with pure copper conductors and an LSZH jacket, certified by Fluke Networks for reliable Gigabit Ethernet performance.

Key specifications

• Category 6 (Cat.6) performance, tested up to 250 MHz
• Unshielded Twisted Pair (U/UTP) construction with 4 pairs of 24 AWG stranded copper
• Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket in grey, ideal for public and enclosed spaces
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors wired to TIA/EIA 568B standard
• Supports data rates up to 1 Gbps (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Fluke Networks passed certification for guaranteed performance
• 20-metre length for flexible placement in offices, server rooms, or home setups

Why choose it

This cable is built for professionals who demand consistent connectivity. The 100% copper conductors ensure superior signal integrity and lower resistance compared to copper-clad aluminium alternatives, while the LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke and corrosive gases in the event of fire. With Fluke testing, you can trust that every metre meets stringent performance standards.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting workstations, printers, or IP cameras to a network switch
• Extending a network drop across a room or through cable conduits
• Structured cabling in offices, schools, and healthcare facilities where LSZH is required
• Home networking for gaming consoles, smart TVs, and NAS devices

Good to know

The cable is compliant with RoHS and CE directives, ensuring safety and environmental responsibility. Its grey colour blends discreetly into most environments, and the snagless design protects the connector clips during installation. For best results, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from sources of electromagnetic interference.
