Λαμαρίνα rack Rittal 4591.700, χάλυβας, ασημί, 1 τεμ., για κουτιά rack 19 ιντσών

Rittal 4591.700 is a steel rack plate with a silver finish, supplied as a single unit for 19-inch rack housings. It provides a durable, flat mounting surface designed to support modules, panels and accessories inside server, network and industrial enclosures. The plate is engineered to integrate with standard 19-inch racks and offers a rigid backing where devices require a continuous supportive surface rather than individual rail mounting.

Advantages

The steel construction offers high mechanical strength and bending resistance while the silver finish protects against corrosion and gives a consistent appearance inside the enclosure. Supplied as one ready-to-install unit, the plate simplifies installation and reduces the need for additional brackets or carrier plates. Its flat design allows easy attachment of various equipment types and helps distribute loads uniformly across the rack frame.

Key specifications

How to use

Position the rack plate inside the 19-inch rack housing at the required depth and align it with the rack mounting points. Secure the plate to the rack frame using appropriate fasteners compatible with the rack’s thread or hole pattern. Once mounted, attach modules, panels or accessories to the plate using suitable screws or brackets, ensuring even distribution of weight and secure fastening to maintain stability during operation.

Recommendations

Before installation, verify rack dimensions and mounting hole patterns to ensure compatibility. Use fasteners and torque settings recommended for steel mounting plates to avoid deformation. For heavy equipment, consider additional reinforcement or distribution of loads across multiple attachment points. Maintain clearances for ventilation and cabling when placing panels and modules on the plate.
