Κρεμαστή σχάρα ψησίματος Petromax h-grate50 μαύρη χρωμιούχο ατσάλι 50cm

The Petromax Hanging Grate (h-grate50) is a mobile swivel grill designed for open-fire cooking. Made from chrome-plated steel with a diameter of 50 cm and a height of 27 mm, the grate hangs from the Cooking Tripod using three chains and hooks to create a rotating grilling surface above the fire. The grate’s raised edge secures food while the swinging motion exposes food to flames intermittently, producing even, gentle cooking and pronounced grill marks.

Advantages

The chrome-plated steel construction offers durability and easy cleaning. The three-chain suspension allows quick mounting on a compatible tripod and simple height adjustment by changing chain length. The 50 cm surface provides ample space for multiple steaks, fillets or vegetables, and the raised rim prevents items from sliding off during rotation.

Suitable for

• Grilling steaks, fillets and vegetables over an open fire
• Campfire cooking with a Cooking Tripod
• Outdoor gatherings and small group meals

Key specifications

• Material: chrome-plated steel
• Diameter: 50 cm
• Height (rim): 27 mm
• Weight: 2.3 kg
• Suspension: three chains for tripod mounting

How to use

Hang the grate on the hooks of a compatible Cooking Tripod using the three chains. Adjust the cooking height by shortening or lengthening the chains to control heat exposure. Place food on the grate; the natural swinging motion will expose items to flame in intervals, producing even cooking and grill marks. After use, allow the grate to cool before cleaning and store it in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use the Hanging Grate with a stable Cooking Tripod and on safe, cleared ground. Preheat the grate slightly before placing food for more distinct grill marks. Clean off heavy residues after cooling to maintain the chrome finish and prolong service life.
