KOPOS MDZ_KB Πλάκα Συναρμολόγησης για Συστήματα Θερμομόνωσης

The KOPOS MDZ_KB mounting plate is a professional-grade solution for installing electrical devices in external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS/EIFS). Designed for recessed mounting into insulation layers, it provides a secure and thermally efficient base for sockets, switches, sensors, cameras, and lights. Made from self-extinguishing polypropylene (PP), it is halogen-free and UV-resistant, ensuring long-lasting performance in facade applications.

Advantages

This mounting plate prevents thermal bridging, maintaining the insulation integrity of the building envelope. With an adjustable insulation thickness compatibility of 50–250 mm, it adapts to various project requirements. The plate offers a maximum load capacity of 4 kg (40 N) and a fire resistance of 30 minutes, enhancing safety. Its IP44 protection rating (with suitable device) makes it suitable for outdoor use.

Suitable for

• Mounting electrical devices in insulated facades
• Installation of sockets, switches, sensors, cameras, and lights in ETICS/EIFS systems
• New construction and renovation projects requiring thermal insulation
