Komperdell FXP Composite μπαστούνια trail running - πράσινο, 120 cm

For trail runners and fast hikers who need reliable support on technical terrain, the Komperdell FXP Composite Trail poles in green offer a perfect balance of lightweight construction and durability. At 120 cm fixed length, they are ideal for athletes of average height seeking immediate deployment without adjustment fuss. The 100% carbon shafts keep weight down to just 185 g per pole, while the FXP folding system allows compact packing to 42 cm—stash them in a running vest or backpack when not in use. The extended foam grip provides a secure hold even when hands are sweaty, and the padded comfort strap reduces fatigue on long descents. Tungsten/carbide flex tips bite into rock and dirt, and the included trail running baskets prevent sinking in soft ground.

Why choose it

These poles are engineered for speed and convenience. The carbon construction delivers an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio, reducing arm swing effort over long distances. The FXP folding mechanism is quick to deploy and collapse, so you can adapt to changing terrain without breaking stride. The extended foam grip allows you to choke down on steep climbs, while the padded strap provides a comfortable, secure connection. The flex tip absorbs impact and enhances traction on rocky surfaces, giving you confidence to push your pace.

Ideal use cases

• Trail running on technical singletrack
• Fast hiking and speed trekking
• Mountain running races and training
• Backpacking where compactness is key

Good to know

Fixed length poles are lighter and stiffer than adjustable models, making them ideal for runners who know their exact size. The 120 cm length suits users approximately 170–180 cm tall, depending on arm length and terrain. When not needed, fold the poles and store them in the included stuff sack or your pack's side pocket. The green colour offers visibility in low light without being overly bright.
