• Blade: circular slicing blade suitable for meats and cheeses (removable for cleaning)

How to use

Place the slicer on a stable, level surface and connect it to a suitable mains outlet. Fit the blade guard and any removable food carriage or pusher according to the user manual. Adjust the thickness setting to the required slice size. With food positioned on the carriage, switch the machine on and move the food across the blade using the pusher in a controlled, steady motion. After slicing, switch off and unplug the unit before disassembling removable parts for cleaning. Allow the blade to stop completely before handling.

Recommendations

For safe operation, only slice foods that fit securely on the carriage and avoid slicing very soft or overly wet items that may not feed evenly. Use the provided pusher to keep hands away from the blade and follow regular cleaning and drying procedures to maintain hygiene and performance.
