Κλειδί άλεν Gedore 6341070 61g

The Gedore 6341070 hex key is a precision hand tool intended for fastening hexagonal socket screws. Made from Gedore vanadium steel (61CrSiV5), it offers consistent hardness and durability. Smaller sizes are zinc-plated (up to 12 mm) and larger sizes are chrome-plated (from 14 mm), providing surface protection and corrosion resistance. The tool is lightweight at 61 g, facilitating comfortable handling in assembly and maintenance tasks.

Advantages

The use of Gedore vanadium steel (61CrSiV5) ensures good strength and wear resistance. Zinc and chrome plating provide corrosion protection appropriate to the key size. The compact, lightweight design improves maneuverability in confined spaces and reduces user fatigue during repetitive operations.

How to use

Insert the short or long end of the hex key into the hexagonal socket of the screw, ensuring full contact between the key and the screw to avoid rounding. Apply steady torque in the required direction to tighten or loosen the fastener. For better leverage, use the longer arm; for confined spaces, use the shorter arm. Keep the tool clean and dry to maintain the plated surface.

Recommendations

Use the Gedore 6341070 hex key at appropriate sizes for the fastener; avoid excessive torque beyond the screw or tool capacity to prevent damage. Store in a dry place and inspect for wear before use.
