Κιτ ραγών τοποθέτησης rack EFB Elektronik 691675.09

The EFB Elektronik 691675.09 rack rail kit is a pair of steel rails designed for installation in standard 19" racks. The kit provides durable, metallic-finish rails that support mounting and positioning of equipment inside server cabinets and network enclosures. Supplied as two pieces per pack, these rails are intended to offer stable lateral support and help organize devices for maintenance access and cable routing.

Advantages

The steel construction ensures high load-bearing capacity and long-term resistance to deformation under typical server-room conditions. A metallic finish helps protect against corrosion and provides a consistent appearance inside racks. Delivered as a two-piece set, the rails simplify installation of equipment that requires side support or sliding guidance, reducing sag and improving alignment of mounted devices.

Suitable for

• Mounting servers, switches and storage units in 19" server racks
• Providing lateral support for heavy or long equipment
• Organizing devices to improve access for maintenance and cabling
• Retrofit projects where additional internal rack support is needed

Key specifications

• Compatibility: standard 19" rack mounting
• Material: steel
• Finish: metallic (protective coating)
• Pack contents: 2 rails per pack
• Function: lateral/support rails for rack-mounted equipment

How to use

Install the rails into the intended 19" rack by aligning them with the rack's mounting holes and securing with appropriate rack screws or fasteners compatible with your cabinet. Position one rail on each side of the mounting location so the equipment is supported evenly. Verify that the rail spacing matches the equipment's side-mount points or brackets before final tightening. After installation, slide or place the device onto the rails and confirm even weight distribution and secure attachment.

Recommendations

For safe operation, use rack screws and fasteners rated for server equipment and ensure the combined load does not exceed the rack or rail load ratings. If installing heavy or unusually long devices, check rack alignment and consider additional support or middle mounting points. Regularly inspect rails and fasteners for corrosion or loosening and tighten as needed during routine maintenance.
