Kit ραγών rack EFB Elektronik PRO-SGL08 χάλυβας γκρι 25 mm 550 mm 55 mm

The EFB Elektronik PRO-SGL08 rack rail kit is a pair of steel mounting rails designed for installation in network cabinets and server racks. Finished in grey, each rail measures 25 mm in width, 550 mm in depth and 55 mm in height. Supplied as a two-piece set, the rails provide rigid support for mounted equipment and help maintain alignment and stability within a standard enclosure.

Advantages

Constructed from durable steel with a grey protective finish, the rails offer mechanical strength and resistance to deformation under load. The compact 25 mm width conserves space inside the rack while the 550 mm depth accommodates a variety of devices. Supplied as a matched pair, the kit simplifies installation and ensures consistent mounting geometry for supported equipment.

Suitable for

• Mounting patch panels and small networking devices in 19" racks and cabinets
• Securing switches, media converters and compact servers that fit the rail depth
• Use in telecommunication closets, server rooms and equipment cabinets for additional support

Key specifications

• Material: steel
• Colour: grey
• Width: 25 mm
• Depth: 550 mm
• Height: 55 mm
• Pack contents: 2 rails

How to use

Position the two rails at the desired mounting depth inside the rack or cabinet and align them with the rack's vertical mounting points. Secure each rail using appropriate rack screws and cage nuts or threaded mounting hardware suited to your cabinet. Verify that the rails are level and parallel before installing equipment. Place the device on the rails and fasten as required to prevent movement; follow the device manufacturer's mounting instructions for weight distribution and screw locations.

Recommendations

For safe operation, confirm the load capacity of the rack and avoid exceeding the combined weight limits for the installed equipment. Use compatible mounting hardware and, when installing heavier devices, consider additional support brackets or front-to-rear retention to prevent sagging. Inspect attachment points periodically and retighten fasteners if vibration or movement is observed.
