The trolley's construction focuses on safety and usability for frequent repositioning of heavy displays.

Advantages

The TD 2064B combines a robust metal frame with a stable four-wheel base that includes locking casters to keep the display stationary when required. Its adjustable mounting brackets accommodate a range of screen sizes and VESA mounting patterns, while integrated cable routing keeps cables organized and reduces trip hazards. The trolley is engineered for straightforward assembly and safe transport of large displays without the need for additional tools during routine movement.

Suitable for

• Conference rooms and meeting spaces
• Classrooms and lecture halls
• Trade shows, exhibitions and events
• Reception areas and shared workspaces

Key specifications

• Support for large flat-panel displays with multiple VESA mounting patterns
• Height-adjustable mounting brackets
• Sturdy metal frame with reinforced crossbars for stability
• Large wheeled base with locking casters for mobility and stability
• Integrated cable management channels
• Finish: durable powder-coated surface for scratch and wear resistance

How to use

Position the trolley on a flat, level surface and engage the wheel locks before mounting a display. Adjust the mounting brackets to match the display's VESA pattern and secure the screen using the appropriate screws and washers for the display's weight and hole pattern. Route power and signal cables through the integrated channels to maintain a tidy installation. When moving the trolley, unlock the casters and push from a stable point on the frame; re-lock the wheels once in position to ensure stability during use.

Recommendations

Verify the display weight and VESA compatibility before installation to ensure safe support. Use the wheel locks whenever the trolley is stationary, and periodically check fasteners and mounting hardware for tightness. Avoid uneven surfaces and long-distance outdoor transport without adequate protection for the display and trolley.
