Κεφαλή θερμοστάτη DANFOSS 015G3030 μηχανική, εύρος θερμοκρασίας 8–28 °C

Mechanical thermostat head DANFOSS 015G3030 provides manual temperature control for radiator valves with a calibrated set range of 8–28 °C. The unit is designed for direct mounting on compatible radiator valve bodies and operates without electronic components, offering straightforward temperature adjustment at the point of heat release. Its simple mechanical design ensures consistent performance in residential and light-commercial heating systems where standard valve-mounted actuator heads are used.

Advantages

The mechanical construction eliminates the need for power or batteries, reducing maintenance and potential points of failure. A clear, calibrated scale and a compact form factor make it easy to set the desired room temperature between 8 and 28 °C. The head is compatible with common valve interfaces, delivering stable temperature control and predictable response to user adjustments. Built for reliability, it provides long-term operation with minimal upkeep.

Suitable for

• Manual temperature control of domestic radiators
• Small offices and commercial spaces with standard radiator valves
• Replacement of worn or non-electronic thermostat heads
• Heating systems where electronic control is not required or preferred

Key specifications

• Type: mechanical thermostat head for radiator valves
• Temperature range: 8–28 °C
• Operation: manual adjustment via calibrated dial
• Power: passive device — no external power source required
• Mounting: designed for standard valve-mounted actuator interfaces
• Application: residential and light-commercial heating systems

How to use

Mount the thermostat head onto a compatible radiator valve according to the valve manufacturer’s mounting instructions, ensuring a secure fit and correct alignment. Adjust the dial to the desired temperature setting within the 8–28 °C range; the mechanical mechanism will modulate the valve opening to maintain the selected temperature. If replacing an existing head, remove the old unit carefully and inspect the valve spindle for damage before installing the DANFOSS head. No wiring or power connection is required.

Recommendations

For accurate room temperature control, place thermostatic heads on radiators located in rooms where airflow is not obstructed, and avoid positioning behind curtains or furniture. Periodically check for free movement of the valve spindle and clean or replace the head if mechanical operation becomes stiff or unreliable.
