Κεφαλή εκτύπωσης Inkjet Canon PF-04

The Canon PF-04 print head is engineered for high-speed, professional inkjet printing and is compatible with iPF650, iPF655, iPF750, iPF755, iPF765, iPF760, iPF750School, and iPF750Poster models. It uses Canon's latest PF-04 technology to deliver consistent 2400 x 1200 dpi output with sharp detail, accurate fine lines and stable color reproduction. With a high-density array of nozzles and 4-picoliter droplet capability, the PF-04 supports precise image production and reliable operation in production and studio environments.

Advantages

The PF-04 print head incorporates a redesigned nozzle shape to reduce satellite ink and minimize mist, producing cleaner lines and text. Its high-precision, high-density configuration includes 15,360 nozzles that lay down 4-picoliter ink droplets for accurate reproduction of fine details. The print head provides consistent output at up to 2400 x 1200 dpi with line accuracy to ±0.10% and line width capability down to 0.02 mm, supporting both sharp graphics and high-quality photographic prints.

How to use

Install the PF-04 print head following the printer manufacturer's instructions for your specific Canon iPF model. Ensure the printer is powered off before replacing the print head, then secure the unit in the designated carriage and reconnect any locking mechanisms. After installation, perform the printer’s recommended alignment and nozzle check procedures to verify correct operation and to calibrate colors and line placement.

Recommendations

For best results, use genuine Canon inks and perform regular maintenance cycles and nozzle checks. Replace the PF-04 print head immediately if persistent nozzle blockages or print quality issues appear despite cleaning. Follow environmental recommendations in your printer manual to avoid excessive dust, humidity, or temperature extremes that can affect print-head performance.
