Κάρτα PCI Express x2 DeLOCK AQC113CS 10 Gigabit LAN RJ45

The DeLOCK PCI Express x2 Card AQC113CS provides a single RJ45 port supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet over standard Cat.6 or Cat.6A copper cables, with a maximum data transfer rate of 10000 Mbit/s. The card uses NBASE-T technology to additionally support intermediate speeds of 2.5 Gbps and 5 Gbps when full 10 Gbps is not achievable with existing cabling. It installs into a PCI Express x2 slot to add high-speed wired LAN connectivity to compatible systems.

Advantages

This PCI Express card delivers multi-gigabit performance up to 10 Gbps while remaining compatible with conventional Cat.6 and Cat.6A copper cables. NBASE-T support provides flexible 2.5 Gbps and 5 Gbps operation when 10 Gbps is unavailable, enabling better throughput than standard 1 Gbps ports. The single RJ45 interface and PCI Express x2 host interface simplify installation into desktops or workstations that require enhanced wired network capacity.

How to use

Power down the computer and open the case following the manufacturer's safety instructions. Insert the DeLOCK PCI Express x2 Card into an available PCI Express x2 (or larger) slot and secure it to the chassis. Connect an appropriate Cat.6 or Cat.6A copper cable to the RJ45 port and to the network switch or router. Close the case, power on the system and install any required drivers provided by the operating system or the card manufacturer. Verify link speed and network settings in the operating system network adapter properties.

Recommendations

For reliable 10 Gbps operation use Cat.6A cabling and compatible network equipment. If existing cabling cannot support 10 Gbps, NBASE-T will negotiate 5 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps where supported; ensure network switch ports and drivers also support these speeds for optimal performance.
