Κάρτα διαχείρισης δικτύου AEG SNMP 6000019556

The AEG SNMP network management card (model 6000019556) provides compact, standards-based integration for UPS and environmental devices into network management systems. Available in standard and PRO versions, the adapter enables remote monitoring of UPS status through a web interface or WAP. The PRO variant adds interfaces for room access control, air-conditioning and smoke/fire detection systems and, when paired with EnvironmentManager, can process temperature and humidity sensor data. The card supports SNMP protocols and fits installations that require centralized status reporting and automated control actions.

Advantages

The card offers RFC1628-compliant SNMP agent functionality for compatibility with network management tools such as HP OpenView and SunNet Manager. It provides event notification via e-mail, SMS or network messages and allows status viewing in a standard web browser. The device can trigger automatic shutdown and reboot procedures over LAN and supports configuration of time- and interrupt-driven events. Its compact dimensions (60 mm × 44 mm × 120 mm) make it suitable for integration into various UPS setups.

Suitable for

• Remote monitoring of UPS units within IT racks and server rooms
• Integration with network management systems using SNMP
• Environmental monitoring when combined with EnvironmentManager (temperature and humidity sensors)
• Facilities requiring automated shutdown/reboot and centralized event notifications

Key specifications

• Brand: AEG
• Model / MPN: 6000019556
• EAN: 4026245195567
• Form factor / dimensions: 60 mm (W) × 44 mm (D) × 120 mm (H)
• SNMP agent: RFC1628-compliant

How to use

Install the SNMP network management card into the compatible UPS slot or mount per the UPS manufacturer instructions. Connect the card to the LAN and configure network settings (IP address, SNMP community strings or v3 credentials) via the web interface. For the PRO version, connect any room access, HVAC or detector system interfaces as required and pair with EnvironmentManager to enable sensor data processing. Configure event actions, notifications and scheduled or interrupt-driven procedures through the device’s web administration pages.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, place the card in an environment within the UPS manufacturer’s specified temperature and humidity ranges, use secure SNMP configuration (SNMPv3 or strong community strings), and verify notification settings (mail server and SMS gateway) during initial setup. Regularly test shutdown and reboot sequences in a controlled environment before deploying to production systems.
