The Hikvision DS-2CD2743G2-LIZS2U 2.8-12mm Black is a 4MP IP surveillance camera designed for reliable day-and-night monitoring. Equipped with a motorized 2.8–12 mm varifocal lens, the camera provides flexible field-of-view adjustment from wide-angle to telephoto framing. It delivers clear 4MP video resolution, built-in IR illumination for up to 30 meters of night visibility, and enhanced low-light performance to maintain useful image detail in dim conditions. The camera's weatherproof housing and robust build make it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations.

Advantages

The camera combines a high-resolution 4MP sensor with a motorized varifocal lens, allowing precise scene composition without manual lens changes. Integrated IR LEDs support night-time surveillance up to 30 meters, while advanced motion detection helps reduce false alarms and focus recording on relevant events. The weatherproof enclosure supports outdoor deployment and provides protection against dust and moisture. Overall, the unit balances image quality, flexible optics, and operational resilience for continuous monitoring.

Suitable for

• Perimeter and entrance monitoring for residential and commercial properties
• Parking lots and driveways where adjustable focal length is needed
• Indoor areas such as lobbies, corridors, and retail floors
• Small to medium-sized business surveillance systems
