Κάλυμμα rack Rittal SV 9350.010 — PVC, γκρι, βάθος 1000 mm, συσκευασία 4 τεμ.

Rittal SV 9350.010 rack cover is a grey polyvinyl chloride (PVC) panel designed to close open sections of 19" racks and enclosures with a depth of 1000 mm. Supplied as a pack of four covers, each piece weighs approximately 420 g and can be used for all-round encapsulation of busbars. The material is flexible and can be cut to the required length, enabling neat closure of openings to protect equipment from dust and debris in industrial and IT cabinet installations.

Advantages

The PVC construction provides a durable yet flexible closure that resists dust and light mechanical impact while remaining easy to trim to fit specific mounting positions. Being lightweight and supplied in a set of four makes installation and inventory management straightforward. The cover fits cabinets with 1000 mm depth and supports tidy busbar encapsulation and cable management without introducing additional structural elements.

How to use

Measure the open section of the rack or enclosure where the cover is required and mark the desired length on the PVC cover. Cut the cover to size using appropriate cutting tools for PVC, taking care to deburr any rough edges. Fit the trimmed cover into the opening so it rests securely against the frame or mounting flange; no special fasteners are normally required but use existing mounting points if available. For busbar encapsulation, position the cover to fully enclose the busbar area and verify clearances for ventilation and cable routing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment when cutting PVC (gloves, eye protection). Ensure that any cuts maintain required clearances for heat dissipation and service access. For permanent installations or where mechanical protection is required, consider additional fastening or support.
