Καλώδιο USB ProXtend USB3AA-003 USB 3.2 Gen1 A–A, αρσενικό–αρσενικό, 3 m

ProXtend USB3AA-003 is a 3 m USB cable with USB Type-A male connectors at both ends that supports USB 3.2 Gen1 transfer speeds. The cable is intended to extend reach between devices that use standard USB-A ports and to enable high-speed data transfer for peripherals and external storage devices. With its 3 metre length, it provides extra distance while maintaining compatibility with hosts and devices that accept A-to-A connections.

Advantages

The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen1 performance for high-speed data transfer where both connected devices provide USB-A ports. A durable outer jacket and strain-relief at the connector ends help reduce wear during repeated use and bending. Its 3 m length offers greater installation flexibility compared with typical short patch cables, allowing connection of peripherals and drives at a distance from the host.

Suitable for

• Connecting external hard drives or SSD enclosures with USB-A interfaces
• Linking USB peripherals (printers, scanners, hubs) to a computer when extra reach is needed
• Temporary data transfer between two host-capable USB-A devices that support A–A connections

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB Type-A male — USB Type-A male
• Standard supported: USB 3.2 Gen1 (SuperSpeed USB)
• Length: 3.0 metres
• Typical use: data transfer between A-to-A compatible devices and peripherals
• Weight: 0.12 kg

How to use

Insert each USB Type-A male connector into the corresponding USB-A receptacle on the host and the peripheral or storage device. Ensure both devices support direct A–A connections and the USB 3.2 Gen1 standard for full-speed operation; otherwise the connection will operate at the highest mutually supported speed. Avoid forcing connectors into ports and check orientation before insertion. If using with a powered hub or external drive, connect power according to the device manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed transfers, use the cable between devices that explicitly support USB 3.2 Gen1 or backward-compatible USB standards. Minimise sharp bends near the connector ends, and avoid routing the cable near strong electromagnetic sources to reduce interference. Do not use the cable for permanent inline connection where movement or heavy strain is expected without additional strain relief.
