Καλώδιο USB DeLOCK 20m USB2.0-A - USB2.0-B 83557

The DeLOCK USB Cable 20m (USB2.0-A to USB2.0-B) allows connection of active USB devices with a USB Type B interface, such as printers or external HDD enclosures, to an available USB Type A port. The cable supports USB 2.0 with a maximum data transfer rate of 0.48 Gbit/s and is supplied in black. Double shielding and a thicker power conductor gauge ensure a reliable electrical connection over the 20 m length.

Advantages

Double shielding reduces electromagnetic interference while the higher gauge power line preserves voltage over long runs. The cable features male USB A and USB B connectors for direct connection between host and peripheral devices. The 20 m length enables flexible device placement away from the computer.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers with USB Type B interface to a computer
• Linking external HDD enclosures or docking stations with USB B ports
• Any USB 2.0 peripheral requiring a Type B connection at distances up to 20 m

Key specifications

• Connector 1: USB A (male)
• Connector 2: USB B (male)
• USB version: USB 2.0, up to 0.48 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 20 m
• Colour: Black

How to use

Plug the USB A connector into an available USB Type A port on the computer or host device and insert the USB B connector into the USB Type B socket of the peripheral (for example, a printer or external HDD enclosure). Ensure connectors are fully inserted. For best results, avoid sharp bends and do not place heavy objects on the cable to prevent damage to the shielding and conductors.

Recommendations

For stable operation over the full 20 m length, connect to USB 2.0 ports and avoid routing the cable alongside high-voltage power lines or strong sources of electromagnetic interference. If a device requires additional power, use a powered USB hub or the device’s external power supply.
