Καλώδιο USB 3.2 Gen1 A σε B ProXtend USB3AB-005, 5 m, USB Type-A σε USB Type-B, USB 3.2 Gen1

ProXtend USB3AB-005 is a 5 m USB 3.2 Gen1 cable with USB Type‑A to USB Type‑B connectors. The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen1 data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps and is intended for connecting devices with Type‑B ports such as printers, scanners and external drives. Its 5 metre length is designed to provide a longer reach while maintaining reliable signal transmission for office or home setups that require extended cable length.

Advantages

The cable offers high-speed USB 3.2 Gen1 performance (up to 5 Gbps) in a longer 5 m format, enabling flexible device placement without sacrificing transfer rates. The Type‑A to Type‑B connector combination ensures compatibility with a wide range of peripherals that use the B‑style port. The product is lightweight and intended for straightforward plug-and-play connection with standard USB hosts and peripherals.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers and multifunction devices to a computer at increased distance
• Linking scanners and imaging devices where the host is further from the device
• Connecting external USB hard drives or enclosures with Type‑B ports
• Office or home workstation setups that require a 5 m cable run

Key specifications

• Cable length: 5 m
• Connector type: USB Type‑A (male) to USB Type‑B (male)
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 5 Gbps (USB 3.2 Gen1)
• Intended use: data transfer between host and devices with Type‑B ports
• Weight: 0.2 kg

How to use

Plug the USB Type‑A connector into an available USB host port on a computer or hub, and plug the USB Type‑B connector into the USB B‑port on the peripheral device. After connection, the devices should enumerate automatically and be ready for data transfer or device control according to the peripheral's drivers and the host operating system. For optimal performance, ensure both host and peripheral support USB 3.2 Gen1 speeds.

Recommendations

Place the cable away from high-power electrical sources and strong electromagnetic interference to maintain stable data transfer. For sustained high-speed transfers, use direct connections to USB 3.2 Gen1 ports and avoid additional passive extension adapters that may degrade signal quality.
