Καλώδιο Patch BlueOptics GMSY25G MPO-MPO πολυτροπικό OM4 3 μέτρα μπλε

The BlueOptics GMSY25G MPO-MPO Multimode OM4 3 Meter Blue patch cable is designed for high-density fiber installations and short-reach high-speed links. This multimode OM4 cable uses MPO connectors on both ends to support parallel optics and multi-fiber transceivers in data centers, server rooms and telecom racks. With a 3 meter length and robust blue jacket, the cable offers predictable optical performance for 40/100 GbE and other high-bandwidth applications where OM4 fibre is required.

Advantages

The cable offers low insertion loss and consistent multimode performance thanks to its OM4 grade fiber, supporting higher bandwidth-distance products compared to lower-grade multimode fibers. MPO-MPO termination simplifies connections for parallel transceivers and reduces installation time in high-density environments. The durable jacket and factory-terminated connectors provide reliable physical protection and stable optical alignment, minimizing the need for field termination or additional polishing.

How to use

Install the MPO-MPO patch cable by aligning the keyed MPO connectors with the mating adapters on transceivers or patch panels, then insert until the connector locks. Ensure connectors and adapters are clean before making connections to avoid contamination that could increase insertion loss. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress, observing the minimum bend radius specified by the fiber manufacturer. For best performance, use dedicated MPO adapters or cassettes when converting to duplex or LC connections.

Recommendations

Inspect and clean MPO connectors before each installation and when reconnecting. Use cable management trays or ties to maintain bend radius and prevent strain. For multimode OM4 links, verify transceiver compatibility and test the assembled link with appropriate optical test equipment after installation.
