Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών ROLINE 21.15.8782 2 m LC κίτρινο

The ROLINE 21.15.8782 is a 2 m fibre optic patch cable with OS2 single-mode fibres and LC connectors on both ends. It has a 9 µm core diameter and supports full duplex transmission, making it suitable for high-speed point-to-point links in structured cabling and telecommunications environments. The cable is yellow for standard single-mode identification and easy cable management.

Advantages

This OS2 single-mode cable provides low attenuation and high bandwidth over long distances thanks to its 9 µm core. LC connectors on both ends ensure compact, reliable connections in patch panels and equipment ports. The 2 m length offers flexibility for short runs while maintaining signal integrity for full duplex data transmission.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching and rack-to-rack connections
• Telecommunications and long-reach links
• Structured cabling in offices and server rooms
• Equipment interconnects requiring LC connectors

How to use

Connect each LC connector to the corresponding LC port on your equipment or patch panel, observing correct polarity for duplex links. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for fibre optic cabling. Verify link status and signal quality after installation using appropriate test equipment.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable following fibre optic best practices: keep connectors capped when not in use, avoid contaminating end faces, and perform cleaning before final connection. Use this OS2 single-mode patch cable for point-to-point or patching applications where single-mode performance and LC connectivity are required.
