Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών METZ CONNECT 151P7EAJA20E SC LC I-V(ZN) H 2 m λευκό

The METZ CONNECT 151P7EAJA20E is a 2 m fibre optic patch cable with SC and LC connectors designed for single-mode networks. It uses G.657.A2 fibre with a 9 µm core diameter and an I-V(ZN) H cable construction. The white jacket provides a neutral appearance for rack, cabinet or wall-mounted installations while the combination of SC and LC terminations supports a range of connection types in telecom and data environments.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable offers the bend-insensitive characteristics of G.657.A2 fibre and a compact 9 µm core for reliable single-mode transmission. The I-V(ZN) H cable construction contributes flexibility and mechanical durability appropriate for indoor routing and shorter patch runs. The SC-to-LC termination provides compatibility between devices and panels that use different connector formats, reducing the need for additional adapters.

Suitable for

• Patching between active equipment and distribution panels in data centres and server rooms
• Connections in telecom distribution frames and wall outlets
• Indoor cabling runs where bend-insensitive behaviour is required
• Laboratory or test setups requiring a short, reliable single-mode link

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Cable type: I-V(ZN) H
• Fibre type: G.657.A2 single-mode
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Connectors: SC (one end) to LC (other end)
• Colour: White

How to use

Route the METZ CONNECT 151P7EAJA20E cable between the intended SC and LC ports, avoiding sharp bends and excessive tension. Insert the SC and LC connectors into their respective sockets until a positive click or seating is felt. Ensure connectors and ports are clean before mating to maintain optimal optical performance. For installation in cabinets or panels, secure the cable to avoid strain on the terminations and to maintain bend radii recommended for G.657.A2 fibre.

Recommendations

Inspect connector endfaces with appropriate cleaning tools and a fibre microscope before installation. Maintain gentle bend radii and avoid crushing; store and handle the cable in a way that prevents kinks. Use this SC–LC patch cable for indoor single-mode links up to typical patch panel distances, and combine with compatible patch accessories when integrating into structured cabling systems.
