Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O7413.3 3 m SC τυρκουάζ

The EFB Elektronik O7413.3 3 m SC Turquoise is an OM3 multimode fibre optic cable with SC connectors on both ends. With a 50 µm core diameter and support for full duplex communication, this 3-metre cable is designed for high-speed data transmission in fibre optic networks. The turquoise jacket provides clear visual identification while the connectorized SC ends enable reliable mating in standard patch panels and network equipment.

Advantages

The cable’s OM3 multimode construction and 50 µm core diameter support high-bandwidth links over short to medium distances. Full duplex capability allows simultaneous bi-directional data flow, which is necessary for many network protocols. SC connectors provide stable, low-loss connections with simple push-pull coupling. The 3 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-rack or equipment-to-patch panel connections without excess slack, and the coloured jacket helps with cable management and identification.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching and short-range backbone links
• Connecting network switches, transceivers and patch panels
• High-speed multimode fibre applications (OM3)
• Environments where clear visual cable identification is needed

Key specifications

• Fibre type: OM3 multimode
• Length: 3 m
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Connector type: SC to SC
• Duplex mode: Full duplex (two fibres for bi-directional communication)
• Jacket colour: Turquoise

How to use

Route the cable between devices or patch panels ensuring bend radii are maintained within manufacturer-recommended limits for OM3 fibre. Insert each SC connector into the corresponding SC adapter or port until it clicks, confirming a secure connection. Use one fibre for transmit and the other for receive to achieve full duplex communication; verify correct orientation according to your equipment’s TX/RX labeling. Avoid excessive tension on the cable and secure it with appropriate management tools to prevent stress on connectors.

Recommendations

Inspect connectors for dust or debris before connection and clean with appropriate fibre cleaning tools if necessary. Keep cable runs away from sources of mechanical damage and avoid tight bends to maintain optimal optical performance. Use labelled ties or colour-coding to match the turquoise cable with related links in your network diagram.
