Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O7013.3 3m ST τυρκουάζ

The EFB Elektronik O7013.3 is a 3 m fibre optic patch cable with ST connectors on both ends and an OM3 multimode 50 µm core. It is intended as a short link between passive cabling ports and active network ports or as a point-to-point connection between two active network devices. The turquoise-coloured jacket aids visual identification in structured cabling installations and the cable is suitable for ISO/IEC 11801 structured cabling environments.

Advantages

The cable features aramid yarn-reinforced strain relief and a halogen-free, flame-retardant jacket compliant with IEC-60754-2, IEC-60332-1 and IEC-61034. EFB connectors meet minimum quality classes (Grade B/2 for singlemode and Grade A/1 for multimode according to IEC-61753 series draft). Each cable is 100% tested and supplied with an individual test report.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Short links between patch panels and network devices
• Point-to-point connections between active network ports
• Data centre and telecom racks with OM3 multimode requirements
• Environments requiring halogen-free, flame-retardant cabling

How to use

Install the patch cable by aligning and inserting the ST connectors into the corresponding ST ports on patch panels and network devices until they click or seat firmly. Avoid tight bends near the connector and do not exceed the manufacturer's minimum bend radius. Use the aramid-reinforced strain relief to secure the cable at routing points and label both ends if required for identification.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, route the cable within structured cabling pathways, avoid sharp bends and excessive tensile loads, and store the individual test report with infrastructure documentation. Use in OM3-compliant multimode systems to achieve expected transmission characteristics.
