Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O0384.3 LC OS2 3 m κίτρινο

The EFB Elektronik O0384.3 is a 3 m fibre optic cable with LC connectors on both ends, designed for single-mode OS2 networks. With a 9 µm core diameter and yellow jacket, this fibre jumper (patchcord) provides a short, direct connection between active device ports and passive interfaces in structured cabling environments and complies with relevant cabling standards.

Advantages

This LC–LC OS2 fibre cable offers low attenuation and stable single-mode transmission suitable for long-distance and high-speed links. Its standardized LC connectors ensure compact, reliable mating with equipment ports, while the 3 m length gives flexibility for rack and cabinet connections without excess slack. The yellow outer jacket provides clear visual identification for single-mode infrastructure.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting network equipment in data centres
• Patch panels and optical distribution frames
• Connecting transceivers and switches with LC ports
• Single-mode OS2 backbone and campus links

How to use

Ensure both equipment ports and patch panels are powered down or follow live-installation safety procedures. Align the LC connectors with the device ports and push until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends (observe manufacturer minimum bend radius) and secure it with appropriate cable management to prevent strain on connectors. For best performance, keep connectors clean and use dust caps when not connected.

Recommendations

For reliable optical performance, inspect and clean LC connector end-faces before each connection using proper fibre cleaning tools and follow your facility’s structured cabling guidelines for channel loss budgeting and routing.
