Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik LC 50/125µ OM3 2m

12 coloured pigtails with dyed coating 900µ and 250µ in the colours red, green, blue, yellow, white, gray, brown, violet, aqua, black, orange, pink. Colour code acc. to DIN VDE 0888. All 12 pigtails are packed in a polybag, plugs packed separately, which facilitates quick and easy taking of each single pigtail. Every packaging unit contains an individual test protocol. Compatible with fibre optic cable systems such as the EFB Elektronik LC 50/125µ OM3 2m for multi-mode connections and short-distance high-speed transmission.

Advantages

The pigtails provide a full set of twelve clearly colour-coded fibres compliant with DIN VDE 0888, enabling straightforward identification during installation and maintenance. Separate packing of plugs allows technicians to access individual pigtails without disturbing the rest of the set. The included individual test protocol documents performance for each packaging unit, supporting quality control and traceability.

Suitable for

• Data centers and server rooms for multi-mode patching
• Telecommunications closets and distribution frames
• Pre-terminated fibre panels and splice enclosures
• Short-distance high-speed connections using OM3 multimode fibre

Key specifications

• Count: 12 coloured pigtails
• Coating diameters: 900 µm and 250 µm
• Colour code: DIN VDE 0888
• Packing: pigtails in polybag, plugs packed separately
• Documentation: individual test protocol per packaging unit

How to use

Select the required coloured pigtail and remove it from the polybag without displacing the remaining pigtails. Prepare the fibre end according to your standard procedure (strip, clean, cleave) and terminate with the appropriate plug or perform fusion/splice with the installed backbone. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the specific connector type and for handling multimode OM3 fibres to maintain low insertion loss.

Recommendations

Store the pigtails in a dry, dust-free environment and avoid bending radii smaller than the fibre specification. Use the supplied individual test protocol to verify insertion loss and continuity after installation. When combining with cables like the EFB Elektronik LC 50/125µ OM3 2m, ensure connector types and multimode fibre specifications match to achieve expected performance.
