Καλώδιο Οπτικών Ινών Duplex LC/LC InLine 50/125µm OM3 3m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/LC 50/125µm OM3 3m is a multimode fiber patch cable engineered for full-duplex data transmission over short to medium distances. With a 50µm core and OM3 specification, the cable supports high-speed networking applications and reduces modal dispersion compared with lower-grade multimode fibers. The LC/LC connectors on both ends provide compact, reliable mating with LC ports commonly found in switches, transceivers and patch panels in data centers and office network racks.

Advantages

This fiber optical duplex cable offers low insertion loss and consistent optical performance across its length, ensuring stable signal integrity for demanding network loads. The OM3 multimode specification enables higher bandwidth and improved performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-speed protocols over structured cabling. The LC duplex connectors deliver a compact footprint and easy handling, while the 3 meter length balances reach and cable management in typical rack and workspace layouts.

Suitable for

• Interconnecting switches, servers and transceivers within data centers and telecom cabinets
• Structured cabling links in offices and server rooms requiring multimode OM3 performance
• Patch panel to switch connections where LC connector interfaces are used

Key specifications

• Fiber type: Multimode, 50/125 µm core/cladding
• OM grade: OM3 (laser-optimized multimode)
• Connector type: LC duplex on both ends
• Cable length: 3 meters
• Polishing/connector style: standard LC ferrule
• Transmission mode: Full duplex

How to use

Route the cable between the two LC-compatible ports, taking care to maintain gentle bend radii to avoid microbending losses. Align and insert each LC connector into the appropriate port until the latch clicks, ensuring transmit/receive orientation matches the devices' port labeling for full-duplex operation. When disconnecting, press the latch and pull straight out to avoid damaging the ferrule. Secure excess cable with appropriate cable management accessories to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tight bends and compressive stress on the cable, keep connector endfaces clean using proper fiber cleaning tools before mating, and store spare cables in protective reels or bags. Use OM3-rated transceivers and patch panels to take full advantage of the cable's bandwidth characteristics and verify link performance with certified fiber test equipment after installation.
