The DeLOCK Optical Fiber Cable LC Duplex to LC Duplex OM4 (10 m) is a multimode fiber cable designed for high-speed data transmission between networking devices such as switches, media converters and transceivers. With a 50 µm core and OM4 specification, this 10 metre cable supports full duplex communication and is suitable for installations that require reliable, long-distance multimode links.

Advantages

This LC duplex to LC duplex OM4 cable provides consistent multimode performance with a 50 µm core and OM4 grading. The 10 m length offers flexibility for typical rack- and room-level connections. Angled LC connectors allow the plug ends to be oriented to the right, left, up or down, enabling space-saving installation in confined or densely populated patching areas. The violet jacket colour helps with visual identification in multi-cable environments.

How to use

Route the cable between the devices to be connected, orienting the angled LC connectors as needed to fit into tight panel or device openings. Insert each LC connector firmly into the corresponding LC port until it clicks. Ensure both ends are properly secured and that bends do not exceed the minimum bend radius recommended for multimode optical fiber to avoid signal loss.

Recommendations

Store and handle the OM4 fiber cable carefully: avoid sharp bends, excessive tension and contamination of connector end-faces. Clean connector end-faces before mating and use dust caps when the cable is not connected.
