Καλώδιο οπτικών ινών BlueOptics SFP2122BU25MX LC SC OS2 25 m κίτρινο

The BlueOptics SFP2122BU25MX LC–SC OS2 fibre optic cable is a singlemode patch cable designed for reliable data transmission over longer distances. Measuring 25 m in length and finished in yellow for clear identification, this cable pairs an LC connector on one end with an SC connector on the other to provide compatibility between equipment using these common interfaces. The OS2 singlemode fibre and a 9 µm core diameter support low attenuation and stable optical performance in point-to-point links and structured cabling environments.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable offers a standardized LC to SC connection and consistent singlemode OS2 characteristics that help maintain signal integrity across moderate spans. The 25 m length reduces the need for intermediate patch panels in small to medium installations. The yellow jacket improves visibility in cable runs, while the 9 µm core diameter aligns with singlemode transmission standards for lower loss and higher reach compared with multimode alternatives.

How to use

Inspect connector endfaces for cleanliness before installation and, if needed, clean with approved fibre cleaning tools or wipes. Route the cable following bend-radius guidelines for singlemode fibre to avoid excessive stress; avoid sharp bends and tight bundling. Insert the LC connector into the LC receptacle and the SC connector into the SC adapter or port until a secure connection is achieved. Verify optical link integrity with appropriate test equipment or the connected network devices.

Recommendations

Store and handle the cable in a dry, dust-free environment and maintain the recommended minimum bend radius. Use dust caps on unused connectors and regularly inspect connections in active installations to ensure low loss and reliable operation.
