Καλώδιο ομοαξονικό Maclean MCTV-471 RG-6/U 50 m Λευκό

The Maclean MCTV-471 RG-6/U coaxial cable, 50 m in white, is designed for reliable transmission of audio-visual signals in home and small commercial installations. Built to the RG-6/U standard, this cable provides consistent impedance and reduced signal attenuation across common TV and satellite frequency ranges. Copper-plated connector contacts improve conductivity and resist corrosion, supporting stable picture and sound quality over longer cable runs.

Advantages

This coaxial cable offers low signal loss due to its RG-6/U construction and consistent characteristic impedance. The 50 m length allows flexible routing between devices without frequent joins, while the white outer jacket provides a discreet appearance in most interiors. Copper-plated contacts enhance contact reliability and electrical performance compared with unplated connectors.

Key specifications

How to use

Measure the required run and cut the cable to length, allowing extra for routing and connector assembly. Strip the outer jacket and dielectric according to the connector manufacturer's instructions and fit appropriate F-type or other compatible coaxial connectors. Ensure secure mechanical and electrical contact; avoid sharp bends with a radius smaller than the cable's recommended minimum to prevent increased attenuation. Route the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources and fix it with non-constricting clamps or cable ties to prevent movement.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs as short as practicable and use quality connectors and termination tools. If longer runs or multi-branch installations are required, consider using signal amplifiers or splitters rated for RG-6 to maintain signal levels. Avoid kinking the cable and protect external runs from moisture and direct sunlight where possible.
