Advantages

The FAKRA Z connectors provide a secure, keyed connection that reduces the risk of mismatch. RG-316/U construction supports stable signal transmission at radio frequencies, while the 0.5 m length offers a compact, flexible link between components. How to use

Connect each FAKRA Z plug to the corresponding FAKRA Z socket on the devices, ensuring the keyed housings align before applying light pressure until they click into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; secure with clips or ties if necessary. Inspect connectors for dirt or damage before installation to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For best results use the cable for short interconnections in vehicles or communication equipment where a 0.5 m RG-316/U lead is sufficient; avoid permanent exposure to extreme mechanical strain or fluids to preserve connector performance.
