Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικών ινών LOGON PROFESSIONAL AL5SCSC02I/3I 2 m SC OM3

The LOGON PROFESSIONAL AL5SCSC02I/3I is a 2 m fibre optic InfiniBand cable with SC connectors and OM3 multimode fibre (50/125 µm). It supports full-duplex transmission and is designed for high-speed data transfer in networking and data centre environments.

Advantages

This 2 m SC–SC OM3 cable provides reliable signal integrity for short to medium distance multimode links. The 50/125 µm core diameter and OM3 specification enable higher bandwidth and improved modal performance compared with lower grade multimode fibres. Full-duplex SC connectors on both ends simplify installation in InfiniBand and fibre optic equipment racks.

Suitable for

• InfiniBand connections between switches and servers
• Multimode fibre links in data centres and server rooms
• High-speed short-range network backbones
• Equipment requiring SC to SC OM3 cabling

How to use

Check compatible ports on your InfiniBand switches, host channel adapters or optical transceivers and insert the SC connectors until they click into place. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for OM3 multimode fibre. For duplex links ensure correct pairing of transmit and receive channels on each end.

Recommendations

Keep connectors clean and protected with dust caps when not in use. For optimal performance in data centre environments, label both ends with port information and avoid running multimode fibre alongside high-power electrical cables to reduce potential interference.
