Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικών ινών EFB Elektronik O3483.2 2 m LC πολύχρωμο

The EFB Elektronik O3483.2 is a 2 m InfiniBand/fibre optic cable with LC connectors and a 50 µm core diameter. The cable features 12 coloured pigtails with dyed fibres in standard DIN VDE 0888 colours, supplied with an individual measurement protocol in each PU. The multicolour design and precise fibre identification simplify installation and maintenance in data centres and network infrastructures.

Advantages

The cable provides high-speed data transmission and reliable optical performance thanks to its 50 µm core. Dyed 900 μm and 250 μm pigtails in 12 colours (red, green, yellow, white, grey, brown, violet, turquoise, black, orange, pink) enable clear fibre identification. Conformance to DIN VDE 0888 and an individual measuring protocol per PU support quality assurance and traceability.

Suitable for

• Data centres and server racks
• InfiniBand and high-speed networking links
• Patch panels and fibre management systems
• Environments requiring clear fibre identification and documentation

Key specifications

• Length: 2 m
• Connector type: LC
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Included: 12 coloured pigtails with dyed fibres (900 μm and 250 μm)
• Colour set: red, green, yellow, white, grey, brown, violet, turquoise, black, orange, pink
• Standard: DIN VDE 0888
• Each PU contains an individual measuring protocol

How to use

Route the cable to the required patch panel or device and terminate the LC connectors into the appropriate ports. Use the coloured pigtails to match fibres to ports or splice trays according to your network plan. Follow standard optical handling procedures to avoid bending beyond recommended limits and to keep connector endfaces clean.

Recommendations

Inspect the individual measuring protocol supplied with each PU before installation, and perform visual inspection and cleaning of LC connector endfaces. Avoid tight bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors during operation.
