Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικών ινών DeLOCK LC - ST 3 m

The DeLOCK LC - ST fibre optic cable (3 m) is an OM4 multimode patch cable with an LC connector on one end and an ST connector on the other. With a 50 µm core diameter and full-duplex capability, it is designed for high-speed data transmission in InfiniBand and other fibre-based network environments, providing low attenuation and stable signal transfer between devices such as NICs with SFP modules, switches and media converters.

Advantages

This 3 m fibre optic cable combines the compact LC connector and the bayonet-style ST connector to offer flexible connection options. The OM4 multimode specification and 50 µm core diameter enable reliable high-bandwidth performance and reduced modal dispersion over short to medium distances. Full-duplex support ensures simultaneous two-way data transfer for InfiniBand and similar applications.

Suitable for

• Connecting NICs with SFP modules to switches
• Linking media converters to network equipment
• InfiniBand short- to medium-range high-speed links
• Data centre patching and fibre backbone segments

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 84687
• EAN: 4043619846870
• Length: 3 m
• Connector A: LC
• Connector B: ST
• Fiber type: OM4 multimode
• Core diameter: 50 µm
• Mode: Full duplex

How to use

Ensure both devices have compatible fibre interfaces (LC and ST) and that SFP or other transceiver modules are correctly installed where required. Align the LC connector with the LC port and insert until it clicks; align the ST connector with the ST port and push while turning the bayonet sleeve to lock. Route the cable without sharp bends and avoid excessive tension to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

Handle connectors with clean hands and keep protective caps on when not in use. Use appropriate fibre cleaning tools to remove dust before connection. For optimal performance in installations, follow vendor guidelines for OM4 multimode links and limit bend radius according to manufacturer specifications.
