Καλώδιο InfiniBand/οπτικής ίνας BlueOptics SS-OP-D-LC-S-1-BO 1 m LC Βύσμα/Βύσμα

The BlueOptics SS-OP-D-LC-S-1-BO is a 1 m InfiniBand / fibre optic patch cable with LC male connectors on both ends, designed for short-reach high-speed data transmission in racks, server enclosures and patch panels. It provides a compact LC–LC connection for single-mode optical links where reliable, low-loss connectivity is required. The cable is intended for professional networking environments, including data centers and telecom rooms, and is compatible with equipment that accepts LC male LC male terminations.

Advantages

This 1 m BlueOptics cable offers a standardized LC–LC interface for easy installation and secure connections. The single-mode design supports high-bandwidth signal transfer over optical links with low attenuation and good return loss characteristics. The male–male LC configuration makes it suitable for direct patching between transceiver modules, patch panels and distribution frames while maintaining compact connector density.

How to use

Uncoil the cable carefully and avoid tight bends; install the LC connectors into the corresponding LC ports on transceivers, patch panels or networking equipment until they click into place. Ensure both ends are clean and free of dust before mating; use a suitable fibre inspection tool or cleaning kit if available. Route the cable following rack management practice to prevent strain on connectors and maintain bend-radius requirements for single-mode fibre.

Recommendations

For consistent optical performance, clean connector endfaces before each connection and avoid exceeding recommended bend radii. Store spare cables in protective reels or routing trays to prevent damage. When integrating into high-density racks, label both ends to simplify maintenance and verification of optical links.
