Καλώδιο επέκτασης EUROLITE 3024701D 3x2,5 mm², 3 m, καλώδιο επέκτασης ρεύματος

EUROLITE 3024701D is a 3 m power extension lead with three conductors of 2.5 mm² cross-section designed to extend grounded mains connections. The cable is intended for temporary or semi-permanent setups where a safe, robust connection is required for lighting, audio equipment and other electrical devices that need an earth connection. The construction balances flexibility and mechanical strength to allow easy routing and repeated use in event and installation environments.

Advantages

The 3x2.5 mm² conductor size provides sufficient current capacity for a range of mains-powered equipment while maintaining manageable cable thickness and flexibility. A grounded three-conductor configuration ensures protective earthing for compatible devices. With a 3 m length, the extension lead offers a practical reach without excessive slack, reducing trip hazards and simplifying cable management. The cable is suitable for indoor use in staging, studio and workshop contexts where reliable temporary power distribution is required.

How to use

Connect the male plug of the extension lead to a suitable, properly rated mains outlet and plug the equipment into the female connector. Ensure the outlet and the connected equipment share the same rated voltage and frequency and that the cumulative current draw does not exceed the safe current capacity of a 2.5 mm² conductor. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching or exposure to heat sources, and secure it to prevent tripping hazards. For semi-permanent installations, verify connections periodically for wear or damage.

Recommendations

Use this extension lead indoors and in dry conditions unless it is specified otherwise by local regulations; avoid using it where it would be exposed to water or prolonged outdoor weather. Do not exceed the recommended current for 2.5 mm² conductors, inspect plugs and cable insulation before each use, and replace the cable if any damage is found. For permanent installations, consult a qualified electrician and follow applicable electrical codes.
