Καλώδιο DisplayPort ShiverPeaks BS30-15505 50 m μαύρο

The ShiverPeaks BS30-15505 DisplayPort cable is a 50 m black cable with DisplayPort connectors on both ends designed to transmit digital video and audio signals across long distances. With a 4.8 mm diameter conductor assembly, the cable is intended for installations that require extended reach between source and display without relying on adapters or converters. The product suits environments where consistent DisplayPort connectivity is required for monitors, projectors or AV systems.

Advantages

This DisplayPort cable provides a single-cable solution for carrying both video and audio signals over a 50 m span. The uniform black jacket and 4.8 mm diameter help maintain a discreet and manageable installation in professional or home settings. Having DisplayPort connectors on both ends ensures direct compatibility with DisplayPort-equipped graphics cards, monitors and AV devices, reducing the need for additional converters or signal extenders.

Suitable for

• Connecting a desktop or workstation with DisplayPort output to a monitor or projector located up to 50 m away
• AV racks and professional AV installations that require extended DisplayPort runs
• Home theater setups where the source and display are separated by a long cable run

Key specifications

• Cable length: 50 m
• Connector types: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Colour: Black
• Outer diameter: approximately 4.8 mm

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the DisplayPort output on the source device and the other end to the DisplayPort input on the display. Ensure connectors are fully seated and the locking mechanism (if present on the DisplayPort connectors) is engaged to maintain a stable connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; secure it using cable ties or routing channels where appropriate. Power on source and display devices, then select the DisplayPort input on the display if necessary.

Recommendations

For reliable signal transmission over the full 50 m length, avoid running the cable parallel and close to high-voltage power lines and minimize tight bends. Check that both source and display support the required DisplayPort version and video resolution; if signal issues occur at very high resolutions or refresh rates, consider using active signal extenders or a shorter cable run.
