Καλώδιο δικτύου EFB Elektronik K5456.1,5 RJ-45 Cat5e 1,5m μαύρο

The EFB Elektronik K5456.1,5 RJ-45 Cat5e networking cable is a 1.5 metre black cable designed for wired Ethernet connections. Built to the Cat5e standard with SF/UTP (S-FTP) shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the cable supports reliable data transmission and is suitable for typical home, office and professional network installations operating at speeds up to 2500 Mbit/s.

Advantages

SF/UTP (S-FTP) shielding reduces interference from external electromagnetic sources and helps maintain signal integrity over the cable length. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact quality and resist corrosion for more consistent long-term connectivity. The 1.5 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices in close proximity while keeping cable routing neat. The black outer jacket provides a neutral appearance for use in visible or concealed installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops and network switches in small office or home setups
• Linking routers to wall ports or patch panels where a short cable run is required
• Temporary or permanent connections in structured cabling where Cat5e performance is sufficient
• Environments where reduced electromagnetic interference is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 1.5 m
• Standard: Cat5e
• Shielding: SF/UTP (S-FTP)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 2500 Mbit/s
• Colour: Black

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on the router, switch or wall outlet until the connector latch clicks into place. Ensure connectors are fully seated and avoid sharp bending near the connector ends to prevent damage to the internal wires and shielding. For best results, route the cable away from high-voltage power lines and strong electromagnetic sources.

Recommendations

Use this Cat5e cable for short runs up to 1.5 m within home or office networks. Verify device compatibility with Cat5e performance and avoid excessive pulling force; if longer runs or higher performance (e.g., Gigabit over longer distances or 10G links) are required, consider higher-category cabling.
