Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK M12 X-coded 8 ακίδων αρσενικό σε θηλυκό PUR (TPU) 1 m

The DeLOCK M12 Cable X-coded is an industrial-grade network cable with an 8-pin M12 male-to-female connection and a length of 1 m. The cable is intended for reliable data transmission between devices with M12 connectors and is suitable for machine control and automation environments. The cable sheath is made of polyurethane (PUR/TPU) and the product meets UL 94 certification standards.

Advantages

This M12 cable supports robust mechanical performance with drag chain suitability rated for up to 10 million bending cycles. The PUR (TPU) sheath provides resistance to oil and UV exposure, making the cable appropriate for demanding industrial applications. The X-coded 8-pin connector ensures secure, high-quality signal transmission between male and female M12 interfaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting sensors, actuators and controllers in machine control
• Automation systems requiring M12 X-coded 8-pin connections
• Installations in drag chains and moving machine parts
• Industrial environments with oil and UV exposure

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the M12 X-coded 8-pin male end to the corresponding female M12 socket on the source device and attach the female end to the destination device with an M12 X-coded 8-pin male socket. Ensure connectors are properly aligned and hand-tighten locking nuts to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid excessive bending radii beyond the drag chain rating and protect it from sharp edges.

Recommendations

For long-term reliability, install the cable in accordance with machine manufacturer guidelines, avoid continuous bending beyond the rated cycles, and keep the cable free from heavy mechanical abrasion and concentrated chemical exposure. Use appropriate strain relief and secure connectors in vibration-prone applications.
