Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK M12 D-coded 4 ακίδων αρσενικό σε θηλυκό PUR (TPU) 5 m

This industrial Ethernet cable by Delock is a D-coded M12 network cable with a 4-pin male to female connection and a length of 5 m, intended for reliable data transmission in industrial and commercial environments. The cable jacket is made of polyurethane (PUR/TPU), providing resistance to oil and UV exposure. The cable is designed and certified for use where robust mechanical and environmental properties are required.

Advantages

The PUR (TPU) jacket offers enhanced flexibility and abrasion resistance while meeting UL 94 flammability requirements. The M12 D-coded 4-pin connectors provide a standardized, secure connection for Ethernet communication. The cable construction supports long service life in demanding conditions, including suitability for continuous flexing applications.

Suitable for

• Machine control and automation components with M12 connectors
• Installation in drag chains and continuous-flex applications
• Industrial environments exposed to oil and UV light

How to use

Connect the M12 male end to the corresponding M12 female port on one device and the M12 female end to the M12 male port on the other device. Ensure connectors are fully engaged and tightened according to device specifications to maintain a secure and reliable Ethernet connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp edges and excessive bending beyond the specified flexing range.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable within its rated bending cycles and protect it from prolonged mechanical abrasion and extreme temperatures. Inspect connectors and jacket regularly when used in continuous-flex applications and replace the cable if visible wear or damage appears.
