Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK M12 A-coded 8-πολικό θηλυκό σε RJ45 θηλυκό Cat.5e 5 m μαύρο

This DeLOCK industrial Ethernet cable connects devices with M12 A-coded 8-pin female connectors to an RJ45 panel-mount jack. Designed for Cat.5e networks, the 5 m black cable has F/UTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and is intended for machine control, automation and other industrial networking applications.

Advantages

The cable provides a standardized M12 A-coded 8-pin female interface to an RJ45 jack, allowing secure connections between industrial equipment and Ethernet infrastructure. F/UTP shielding improves signal integrity in electrically noisy environments. The RJ45 panel-mount jack can be secured with two screws for easy installation in a slot bracket or chassis opening. The 5 m length offers flexibility in routing without additional extension components.

Suitable for

• Machine control systems
• Factory automation networks
• Industrial Ethernet connections requiring M12 to RJ45 adaptation
• Panels or chassis where an RJ45 panel-mount jack is needed

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model / MPN: 80440
• EAN: 4043619804405
• Cable type: Cat.5e, F/UTP
• Connector 1: M12 A-coded, 8 pin, female
• Connector 2: RJ45 panel-mount jack (attachable with two screws)
• Length: 5 m

How to use

Mount the RJ45 panel-mount jack into the prepared slot or chassis recess and secure it with two screws. Plug the M12 female connector into the corresponding M12 male port on the device. Ensure proper orientation of the M12 connector and that the RJ45 jack is fixed to prevent strain on connectors. Verify network settings and test the Ethernet link after installation.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain. Use appropriate cable glands or strain reliefs at panel openings and maintain separation from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. Inspect connectors periodically for corrosion or damage in harsh environments.
