Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK M12 A-coded 8 ακίδων αρσενικό σε θηλυκό PUR (TPU) 5 m

The DeLOCK M12 Cable A-coded is an industrial Ethernet cable with A-coded M12 connectors (8-pin male to female) and a length of 5 m. It is designed for reliable data transmission in machine control and automation environments. The cable sheath is made of polyurethane (PUR/TPU) and the cable meets UL 94 standards.

Advantages

The PUR (TPU) sheath provides oil and UV resistance while maintaining flexibility and abrasion resistance. The cable is processed for high durability and supports up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous operation in demanding industrial settings. A-coded M12 8-pin connectors ensure compatibility with common industrial Ethernet devices.

Suitable for

• Machine control and PLC connections
• Industrial automation networks
• Connections requiring M12 A-coded 8-pin interfaces
• Applications with moving parts or drag chains

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Model/MPN: 80404
• EAN: 4043619804047
• Connector: M12 A-coded 8-pin male to female
• Cable length: 5 m
• Sheath material: PUR (TPU)
• Drag chain suitability: up to 10 million bending cycles
• Standard: UL 94

How to use

Connect the M12 male connector to the corresponding female M12 port on the source device and plug the M12 female connector into the target device. Ensure connectors are tightened according to device instructions to maintain secure electrical contact and ingress protection. Route the cable avoiding sharp edges and excessive tensile stress; when used in drag chains, follow the chain manufacturer’s guidelines for bend radius and mounting.

Recommendations

Use this cable in environments where oil, UV exposure or mechanical wear are present. For long-term operation in drag chains, verify compatibility with the specific chain system and observe the maximum bend radius and installation instructions to achieve the rated 10 million bending cycles.
